Stock

Items in stock will be delivered within 7 days.

Items that need to be made can take between 2-3 weeks, depending on time of year.

Customer will be notified by email if there are any changes to delivery.

Bespoke orders will vary in time frame, to be discussed with the customer.

Postage

Postage, packing (branded boxed) and insurance.

Any order below £250 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st. Class signed for, cost £5.00

Any order over £250 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery signed for, cost £8.00

Peridott cannot accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods.

Returns and Exchanges

Faulty goods – please notify within 7 days.Goods will be replaced/refunded.

Please return within 14 days.

Please note we cannot exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please return items in original packaging and unused.

Jewellery that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged cannot be replaced or credited.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price without notice. In the event of misprints or error in pricing we reserve the right to cancel the order.
